Greater Chicagoland Mini Judge Conference Spring 2016

Greetings and Salutations!

I am proud to announce the Greater Chicagoland Mini Judge Conference Spring 2016!

This looks to be an amazing opportunity to learn awesome judge techniques, see friends, and have a blast!

Start time will be 10am. This conference will be approximately 6 hours, with a 1hour Q&A panel, and 4 sessions.

Session 1:

PANEL: "Getting the most out of judging"

The financials of judging, self-fullfillment/self-improvement, networking, work-life balance, desalination when things don't go your way.

Panelists are: Steven Briggs, Raoul Mowatt, and Casey Primm, moderated by Jason Long.

Session 2:

"Getting involved as a L1"

Presented by Benjamin Lurie

Session 3:

"To Richardo or not to Richardo"

(Deviations)

Presented by Nick Gajary

LUNCH

Session 4:

"Dealing with Raging Goblins"

(De-escalating hostile situations)

Presented by Sherwin Ng

Session 5:

"So you think you can Judge?"

(Game Show trivia)

Presented by Max Kahn

This is not a WOTC sponsored conference, and is not foil supported. That being said, there will be judge goodies given out to active participants.

Snap Keep Games has been gratious enough to provide a FREE DRAFT to all certified judges, or judges that certify at this conference. Any additional drafts will be $10.

We will also have a BBQ potluck, with Snap Keep Games providing the grilled carcasses of various beasts. 

In addition, all certified judges will receive an additional 10% trade bonus for attending!

After the Conference and Draft, there will be additional drafts, and a variety of board games.
