5IsTheNew7 "Race To Platinum" Event # 4

Hello Judges!

We are happy to announce applications for the next "Race To Platinum" event are open! This will be a standard event and as the series has had a good turnout so far  and we are exepcting a good turnout fot this one aswell.

We are looking for

One Level 1 or higher standby judges.

Preference will be given to Level 1 judges who are working towards their Level 2 checklist. Please indicate your progress in your application if this is the case. 

Compensation
If you are selected for one of these roles, you will be expected at the venue for 10am for help setting up and briefing. If you are selected as a floor judge, you will receive One (1) box of the most recent set (Shadows Over Innistrad, supply dependant) or £60. You will be contacted before the event to dicuss your preference.

If you are selected as a Standby judge, you will play in the event for free, or you will activate at a certain threshold, and you will be compensated as a Floor Judge. 

Expectations
If you are on staff for this event, you will be expected to be presentable, in Magic Judge branded shirt, or plain black shirt or blouse where this isn't possible, black trousers or skirt with black tights, and black shoes. A Magic Judge name badge should also be used if available. 

You will also be expected to have read and reviewed the IPG and MTR documents, to ensure a consistent tournament experience for the players. You may have that knowledge tested prior to the event, and may be subject to deselection if it is felt that the knowledge is below a standard for the event to run well.
