Eternal Weekend

Top Deck Games is thrilled to host the first ever Eternal Weekend! The weekend of November 1st-3rd is going to be an unprecedented event; this is the first time Legacy and Vintage Champs will be stand-alone events. We are looking to put together the best Judge staff for the Eternal Weekend so please apply to be apart of the start of something truly special.

Compensation and Judging Schedule:

Each Judge working on Friday will be assigned to one of two shifts, with preferences taken into account. The shifts are the AM shift, 10 AM - 6 PM, and the PM shift, 4 PM - 12 AM. Any Judge working a shift on Friday will earn 1 compensation unit.  Saturday and Sunday will need Judges as early as 7:30 AM and Judges will be expected to stay the entire day earning 2 compensation units for their efforts. Any Judge working the PM shift on Friday will be given a later Saturday start time.

Each compensation unit can be redeemed for $75, mailed as a check after the event, pending completion of a Federal W9 tax form, or $100 store credit, which can be used on site or after the event. In addition to the appropriate number of compensation units earned, each Judge volunteer will earn a special Judge Playmat commemorating the weekend. Each Judge will also be given a $20 food stipend for each day volunteering.

Expectations:

Judges will be expected to arrive on time each day ready to work in standard Judge attire(Judge shirt or black button down shirt, black pants, black belt, black shoes, and black socks). Judges will also be expected to stay for the duration of the event unless extenuating circumstances have already been communicated with the Judge Manager or are clearly communicated in your application.

Travel:

Judges will be expected to travel and lodge at their own expense. Top Deck Games will not be offering any travel accommodations.
