We are announcing that the application window for Grand Prix Hong Kong 2013 has opened!  Grand Prix Hong Kong will be held Oct 19 to 20, 2013 with Last Chance Grand Prix Trials and Public Events opening on Friday Oct 18, 2013.  The format is Sealed Deck.

我很榮幸的宣佈開始2013年香港大獎賽的裁判徵集！  香港大獎賽將在2013年10月19至20日舉辦，最終預選賽和週邊賽將從星期五10月18日開始。  本次比賽的賽制為現開賽。

Your Head Judge for this event is Carlos Ho from Panama.

本次比賽的主審裁判為來自巴拿馬的Carlos Ho。

Application Options:

申請選項：

GP+ event are mainly open for L2+ judges; L1 judges who are working toward L2 are also welcome to apply, but please make sure that you have talked to your regional coordinator about it.

GP+比賽主要申請對象為L2+裁判；想成為2級裁判的1級裁判同樣歡迎申請，但請確保已經同你的地區裁判協調員討論過此問題。

All judges must apply for both Sat&Sun shift and must be available from 9AM on Sat until 7PM on Sunday. Judges who apply for Friday will get extra compensation but must be available from 9AM on Friday until end of the day. Depends on tournament needs, some judges may need to show up earlier/stay later, they will also be requested to leave early/show up late.

所有裁判必須申請週六和周日執法，且必須在週六早9點至周日晚7點之間全勤執法。申請週五執法的裁判必須在週五早9點至當日結束必須全勤執法。視比賽需要，部分裁判可以會被要求提前到場或推遲離開，他們將可以提前離開或晚到作為回饋。

All judges (including local judges) can apply for volunteer, room sponsorship, or both. Please only apply for room sponsorship if needed, as this sponsorship is limited to 10 for this event.

所有裁判（包括本地裁判）均可以申請志願者，住宿補助，或兩者都選。請只有在需要的情況下申請住宿補助，本次比賽的住宿補助只有10個名額。

Judges with room sponsorship are required to judge on Friday and stay until end of the event on Sunday and help clean up.

有住宿補助的裁判必須申請週五執法，且周日必須留在賽場直至比賽結束，並幫助賽後的賽場整理工作。

Judge Compensation:

Judges who are selected for this event will be provided the following accommodations and gifts:

- Hotel room for room sponsored judges, from the day before shift until the day after shift. (Thursday night to Sunday night hotel.)

- One boxes of Magic product per level, out of town judges will receive one additional box to help on travel, Friday shift will get half box extra (see details on Judge conference).

- Food or a food stipend.

所有被選上執法本次比賽的裁判將得到以下報酬：

-  得到住宿補助的裁判將得到從執法前一天到執法後一天的住宿。（週四晚至周日晚的住宿。）

- 每級一盒萬智牌補充包，來自外地的裁判將得到一盒額外的補充包來説明支付部分路費，週五執法的裁判將得到半盒額外補充包（參見裁判會議內容）。

-  午餐或午餐補貼。

Judge Foils:

All judges who judge at least two days of this event will receive one pack of judge foil per level, courtesy of Wizards of the Coast.

所有執法至少兩天的裁判將得到每級一包裁判紀念閃。

Judge Conference:

裁判座談會：

We will be holding a Judge Conference on Friday of the GP.  It’s recommended to come to the conference as they are great experience for all levels.  An event for judge conference application will open after judge selection is announced for this event.

在大獎賽的星期五，我們將舉辦一次裁判座談會。  建議所有可以參與的裁判參加裁判座談會，它對各個級別的裁判來講都是極好的經驗。在本次比賽的裁判選擇宣佈後，將會單獨創建裁判會議的賽事。

Judge foils will be given to judges base on number of seminars attended. Judges who are not selected for Friday will be required to attend ALL seminars in order to receive the full package; judges who are selected with Friday shift will be required to attend 50% of the seminars in order to receive the full package.

裁判將根據參加的講座數量而得到一定的裁判閃卡。未被選上參加週五執法的裁判將需要參加所有講座才能得到全部閃卡；被選上參加週五執法的裁判將需要參加50%的講座即可得到全部閃卡。

Note: presenters are allowed to not give foils to certain individuals if they believe this person wasn’t paying attention during the seminar.

注意：如果講演者認為個別人在講演過程中沒有注意聽講，他們有權不給閃卡。

There will be an official judge dinner on Saturday, May 11th. All staff members are invited.

10月19日星期六將有一次正式的裁判聚餐。所有工作人員都將被邀請參加。
