Event Information
比赛信息：
我们很荣幸地宣布开始 2016 年广州大奖赛的裁判征集！2016年广州大奖赛将在2016年8月26日至27 号由熊猫赛事举办，最终预选赛和外围赛则是大奖赛前的周五（8/25）举办；本次比赛的赛制为近代赛。
本次大奖赛的场地为保利世贸博览馆。
本次比赛的主审为美国的 Scott Marshall。
裁判的招募预计将在 5/31 日截止，但在招募期间我们可能会依据过去的合作经验提前录取部分裁判，也可能会在人数额满后提前结束招募。有兴趣报名执法的裁判及工作人员请尽量提早申请。
申请选项：
本申请供裁判及工作人员申请。
大奖赛主要申请对象为 2 级以上裁判，本次比赛为促进裁判社群发展，同样开放1级裁判申请。
1级裁判申请前请先向您较常合作的2级以上裁判讨论，并请于申请时附上该裁判的姓名。
本次的申请选项跟以往的有所不同，请在申请时特别注意：
1.执法天数：
裁判可选择申请“两天（周六周日）”或“三天（周五周六周日）”执法。裁判申请时可复选多个选项，但我们将只会依据您所做的选项进行评估。
举例来说：如果您只勾选了“三天”的选项，那在三天的名额已满的情况下，您将会被拒绝，这点请特别注意。
我们建议：若您的灵活度较高，您入选的机率将会提高。
裁判工作时间（仅供参考，届时依主审所公布时间为准）：
周五： 08：00～20：00 / 10：00～22：00
周六： 08：00～20：00 / 10：00～22：00
周日： 08：00～20：00 / 10：00～22：00
裁判须于工作时间内到达及离开赛场，在订购交通票券时请确定时间充裕。
裁判应身着裁判服、黑色裤子及黑色鞋子，没有裁判服的裁判请于申请时提出。
2.补助类型：
裁判可以申请“住房补助”、“自愿”跟“待命”三种类型。
申请时可复选多个选项，但我们将只会依据您所做的选项进行评估。
举例来说：如果您只勾选了“住房补助”的选项，那在住房补助的名额已满的情况下，您将会被拒绝，这点请特别注意。
住房补助 - 获选住房补助的裁判将会由熊猫赛事提供本次比赛的住宿，并与另一裁判共用一个房间。时间为工作日的前一天晚上至最后一天的晚上。本次比赛住房补助名额有限，我们将会依据过去与该裁判的合作经验来决定是否提供住房补助。
举例来说：若您获选住房补助且执法天数为三天，您将会获得四五六日的房间。
想要延长住房或要与家人朋友一起住的裁判，可选择用18包交换一个晚上的床位。
举例来说：
I. 如果你有4晚上的住房补助并且你想与你妻子一起住，我们减少你2盒补充包。
II.如果你有3晚上的住房补助并且希望延长周三与周四的住宿，我们将减少你1盒补充包。
自愿 - 获选为自愿的裁判将需自行负责住宿。
待命 - （仅限一级裁判申请）获选为待命的裁判将支援周日的外围赛工作。若您顺利进入大奖赛第二天，请在周六最后一局结束后向裁判经理告知你周日无法执法。
所有裁判获得的报酬补充包将会是异月传奇的简体中文补充包。
来自海外的裁判可能需要适当的签证以进入中国。
裁判及工作人员报酬：
于本次比赛执法的裁判将会依据级别及时间获得以下报酬：
中国大陆裁判：
周五：
一级裁判：人民币 500 元
二级裁判：人民币 1000 元
三级及以上裁判：人民币 1250 元
周六及周日：
一级裁判：每天人民币 500 元
二级裁判：每天人民币 1250 元
三级及以上裁判：每天人民币 1500 元
国外及港澳台裁判：
周五：
一级裁判：异月传奇补充包 1 盒（36 包）
二级裁判：异月传奇补充包 2 盒（72 包）
三级及以上裁判：异月传奇补充包 2.5 盒（90 包）
周六及周日：
一级裁判：每天异月传奇补充包 1 盒（36 包）
二级裁判：每天异月传奇补充包 2.5 盒（90 包）
三级及以上裁判：每天异月传奇补充包 3 盒（108 包）
组长职务：
获选组长职务的裁判将会担任周六正赛的组长。
担任周六正赛组长的裁判将额外获得 2 盒补充包。
所有香港及广东以外两天以上裁判将会获得 1 盒额外的补充包做为旅行补助。
工作人员报酬：
周五：
一级裁判：人民币 500 元
二级裁判：人民币 1000 元
三级及以上裁判：人民币 1250 元
周六及周日：
一级裁判：每天人民币 500 元
二级裁判：每天人民币 1250 元
三级及以上裁判：每天人民币 1500 元
所有裁判及工作人员均会获得：
- 一張 2016 年广州大奖赛桌垫
- 食物及餐费补贴
奖励计划
熊猫赛事优质熊猫计划：
优质熊猫计划的目的在于感谢在熊猫赛事大奖赛中表现优异的裁判。
优秀裁判计划的成员将于每场大奖赛结束后由主办人及主审共同选出（名额不定），计划成员将会在日后申请熊猫赛事的比赛裁判时自动被录入及给予住房补助，并于每场由熊猫赛事主办的大奖赛中获得额外的一盒补充包。

熊猫赛事旅行熊猫计划：
为让所有裁判能提前安排自己的旅游计划及提前订购较为便宜的交通票券，旅行熊猫计划提供部分名额让裁判同时申请熊猫赛事明年第一场比赛的裁判。
有意愿参与熊猫赛事明年第一场比赛的裁判请在申请时勾选旅行熊猫计划，若您获选，您将确定会获得在熊猫赛事明年第一场比赛的执法资格及住房补助。熊猫赛事明年第一场比赛的裁判报酬目前尚无相关细节，但整体而言将与本次广州大奖赛相差不多。
熊猫赛事明年第一场比赛时间及地点未定。

本次广州大奖赛将不会安排裁判会议。
裁判晚餐：
本次广州大奖赛将不会组织官方裁判晚餐，我们将发予每位执法裁判人民币 100 元的餐费补助，并鼓励大家根据自身喜好组成不同小组体验广州当地美食。

Event information:
We’re glad to announce that the application window for Grand Prix Guangzhou 2016 is now open!
Grand Prix Guangzhou 2016 will be held by Panda Events from August 26th to August 27th, the Last Chance Grand Prix Trials and Public Events will be held on August 25th, the Friday before the event weekend.
The format for Grand Prix Guangzhou 2016 is Modern.
The venue of the event will be PWTC Expo.
Your Head Judge for this event will be Scott Marshall from the United States.
Judge Application is expected to close on 5/31 but we may early accept some of the judges based on the experience before. We may also close the application earlier once we have enough judges, so if you are interested in joining this event, apply it now :)
Application Options:
GP event are mainly open for L2+ judges; A limit number of L1 judges who are working toward L2 are also welcome to apply, but we’ll need you to provide us your L2+ mentor’s name for reference.
Available options this time is a little different and more complicated than before, so please make sure you fully understand all the options.
1. Working Days:
Judges can apply for “2-Day (Saturday and Sunday)” or “3-Day (Friday, Saturday and Sunday)”. You can make multiple choices, but we’ll only take your choices into consideration.
e.g. You apply for only “3-Day”, then if we already have enough judges for 3 days, your application will be rejected. Please take this into consideration.
Working hours (just for reference, the time table will be then announced by the Head Judge):
Friday： 08：00～20：00 / 10：00～22：00
Saturday： 08：00～20：00 / 10：00～22：00
Sunday： 08：00～20：00 / 10：00～22：00
Judges have to make sure to arrive and leave the venue with in the working hours. Please make sure the time when you are booking the ticket.
Judges need to wear official Judge shirts, black pants and black shoes. Please advise in the cover letter if you have no Judge shirts.
Sponsorship types:
Judges can apply for “Room Sponsorship”, “Volunteer”, and “Standby". You can make multiple choices, but we’ll only take your choices into consideration.
e.g. You only apply for “Room sponsorship”, then if we already provide all the room sponsorship to other judges, your application will be rejected. Please take this into consideration.
Room sponsorship -
Judges selected for room sponsorship will be provided the room by Panda Events. You’ll share a room with another judge from the night before your working day to your last working day. We’ll only be providing a limited number room sponsorship to judges based on the past experiences we’ve been working with them.
e.g If you are selected for room sponsorship and you’re working from Friday to Sunday, you’ll get the room from Thursday night to Sunday night.
If you want to extend your room before / after the event, or would like to share your room with your friends / family, you can exchange 0.5 box (18 packs) for them per day per bed.
e.g.
I. If you have room sponsorship from Thursday to Sunday, and you want to share your room with your wife, we’ll deduct 2 boxes (72 packs) from your compensation.
II. If you have room sponsorship from Friday to Sunday, and you want to start staying in the hotel from Wednesday, we’ll deduct 1 box (36 packs) from your compensation.
Volunteer -
Judges selected for volunteer will need to take care of their own lodging.
Standby - (Level 1 Only)
Judges selected for Standby will support the side events on Sunday. If you make Day 2, please report to the judge manager at the end of Day 1 that you cannot judge on Sunday.
Oversea judges may need visa to enter China.
Judge Compensation:
All the compensation in packs will be Eldritch Moon Simplified Chinese booster packs.
For Non-Mainland China Judges:
Friday:
L1: 1 box (36 packs) of EMN.
L2: 2 box (72 packs) of EMN.
L3+: 2.5 box (90 packs) of EMN.
Saturday and Sunday:
L1: 1 box (36 packs) of EMN /each day.
L2: 2.5 box (90 packs) of EMN /each day.
L3+: 3 box (108 packs) of EMN /each day.
Team Lead Extra:
Judges selected for Team Lead will lead one of the teams on Day 1.
Day 1 Team Lead will receive 2 extra boxes (72 packs) for this role.
All the judges will get:
- 1 Grand Prix Guangzhou 2016 playmat.
- Food or a food stipend
Travel Sponsor:
All the judges (works for 2 or more days) outside Guangdong and Hong Kong will get 1 extra box as travel sponsorship.
Panda Events Exemplar Program:
Premium Panda Program:
Premium Panda program’s purpose is to thank all the judges had been working hard and perfectly for Panda Events. The member of the program will be discussed and chose from TO and HJ after each event, those members will be auto-enrolled to all the Panda Events’ events in the future with room sponsorship while they apply for it, and will be receiving an extra box of booster for every Panda Events’ events they join.

Travel Panda program:
This program is for judges to confirm their schedule earlier to get cheaper travel tickets, so we’ll also provide some quota for judges to apply for the first Panda Event’s GP in 2017.
If you want to join the first Panda Event’s GP in 2017, please check “yes” for the Travel Panda program. If you are selected, you’re confirmed to judge in the first Panda Event’s GP in 2017 with room sponsorship. The compensation for the first Panda Event’s GP in 2017 has not been confirmed yet, but basically will be the same with this time.

There will be no judge conference this time.

There will be no judge dinner this time, every judge will get RMB 100 for dinner, and we encourage judges to team up for some local Chinese food.
