1/ Tournaments scheduled

Even if we are only independant organizers (my wife and I), and Dual Commander is not an official format for WotC, our tournament become bigger and bigger. This 7th edition go to be huge compared with the previous ones, and we are really happy of this fact. So, to made this week-end extraordinary for every one, we have schedule a lot of tournaments. 

Friday :

- Last Chance Trial. 

- 8-mens in Dual Commander

Saturday :

- DTC#7 Main event at 10h00 until about 20h max. 7 swiss rounds. We schedule about 400 peoples

- Some on-demand 8-players in Dual Commander, Commander with US rules, Tiny Leader, 2HG commander, maybe also modern or standard events

Sunday : 

- Day 2 of the main event, at 10h. 2 or 3 rounds followed by a top 8

- A DTC#7.5 "Rebound" at 10h30 until 20h max

- On demand tournaments in different formats.

2/ Roles

We are looking for some judges with specific or standard positions. For Special position (HJ, SK, ASK), we highly prefer to keep the same judge for the 2 days. For other position, you can apply for only one day if you want. If you are interessed in one of these positions, please give us a short summary of your skills and experiences at this position in your cover letter.

1 DTC Head Judge : You will be in charge of head judging the main event on saturday, and HJ the main event and the DTC Rebound on sunday. L3 are highly prefered for this position.

1 Scorekeeper : You will be in charge of scorekeeping the main event on saturday, and the main + the DTC rebound on sunday, on WER.

1 Assistant scorekeeper : You will be in charge of taking registrations for side events, then scorekeeping for these side events, on WER.

3 Team leader : You will be in charge of  team composed of you and 3 others judges. Depending on your choice, you will be in charge of papers, deck check or remplacement. we highly prefer L2+. 

9 Regular Judges : We supposed you might know this role : you are in charge of judging ;-). We prefer L2+ but L1 can apply. If you want to be in a special team, please tell it in your cover letter.

4 stand-by judges : we supposed that you primarly want to play the tournament, but you are available for judging if we need you. If you are not activated, you can play one tournament for free. If you are activated, you will have compensation of a regular judge. 

Special applying. we are also looking for 2 judges and a Stand by judge available on friday from 10h to 18h, which can assume judging and scorekeeping. Applying for friday is compatible with other day(s)

3/ Compensation 

L1 :  24 boosters/day

L2 : 1 box/day

L3 : 2 boxes/day

SK : 2.5 boxes/day

HJ : 3 boxes/day

Boxes can be converted in 80€ in cash.

In addition, we are happy to offer you a special DTC judge gift, which contains :

- lunch food and refreashments during day.

- a judge dinner in my restaurant on saturday night.

- an official playmat of DTC#7

- room sponsorship on friday, saturday and/or sunday, if you like my sofa or sleeping on my floor. Unfortunately, we can't pay your room at the hotel.

4/ Other informations

We wait for a lot of non-french speaking people, so we expect that you are able to deliver a ruling in english.
