PPTQ Honolulu - Dark Sphere, London

On behalf of Dark Sphere, I am pleased to open applications for the Preliminaty PTQ on Saturday 25 June 2016. The format is Standard and the head judge is Joao Choca.

Judges are expected to report at 10am for a 10.45am end of registration and a 11am player meeting. Judges are required to stay until the end of Swiss, which will be around 6.30pm given expected attendance (7 rounds). If either of these times is an issue for you, mention it in the cover letter and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

We are looking for 2 floor judges and a standby judge to be activated at 85 players. As opportunities for level 1 judges to judge large events are few and far between, we are happy to prioritise an experienced level 1 judge, although we would like at least one additional level 2 or higher judge for this event.

Judge compensation for this event will be one full display of Shadows over Innistrad, or product of a similar value by agreement with the TO. Drinks and snacks will be made available during the day. Lunch will also be covered.

Standard requirements concerning judge appearance, apparel, etc. apply. Applications will remain open until Wednesday 8 June, but we reserve the right to make early acceptances and so it is in your best interest to apply as soon as possible.
