Iberian Conferences 2016 – Espinho (Portugal)

Date and location:

Portuguese speaking conferences on June 24th -26th in Espinho (Portugal)

Application deadline is May 29th.

Attendants:

All certified Magic Judges are very welcome to apply but they have to take into account that the conferences will be in Portuguese.

Location:

We have to thanks Association Guardian Adventure for letting us to use his facilities for our conferences. The manager of the association provides a whole floor for the presentations.

Accomodation and food:

We will book room for Friday and Saturday of the selected weekend for every attendant who wants. We have a special deal deal that would allow us to rent flats for under 10€ per person for the whole weekend.

Espinho is a very cheap town and meals should cost approximately 5€ per person. There are many restaurant options near the conference venue.

There will be Judge Foils Packs for helping covering these expenses, but the content of the packs will be unknown until the conferences weekend.

Travel:

There is not Travel Sponsorship, but there will be a transport coordinator for helping you to arrange the transport in a way it is as cheaper as possible.

Schedule:

 A detailed schedule will be posted soon. But as a general guidance, we expect that the judges will arrive during Friday afternoon and the event will be closing after Sunday lunch.

Agradecemos à Associação Guardian Adventure por nos deixar usar as suas instalações para a conferência. O responsável forneceu-nos um piso inteiro para as apresentações.

Estadia e refeições:

Iremos reservar um quarto para sexta e sábado do fim-de-semana em questão para cada participante interessado. Temos um acordo especial que nos permitirá alugar apartamentos por menos de 10€ por pessoa para todo o fim-de-semana.

Espinho é uma cidade com preços razoáveis e as refeições deverão custar em média 5€ por pessoa havendo muitas opções perto do local da conferência.

Haverá packs de Judge Foils para ajudar com as despesas mas o conteúdo dos mesmos não será conhecido até ao fim-de-semana da conferência.

Viagem:

Não há apoio aos custos de viagem mas haverá um coordenador de transportes para vos ajudar a arranjar transporte do modo mais económico possível.

Um horário detalhado será publicado em breve mas em linhas gerais, espera-se que os participantes cheguem durante a tarde de sexta-feira e que o evento irá terminar após o almoço de domingo.
