Richmond, Virginia holds regular judge conferences, featuring fun, games, and education for judges of all levels. If you enjoyed the conference last year, I encourage you to join us again this August!

Keep in mind, the cover letter is the most part of this application. We are looking for judges who will either contribute the most or learn the most from this event. If space becomes an issue, we may have to decline some applicants. Please write a thoughtful cover letter.

CONFERENCE DETAILS

This conference will be operated a bit differently than ones you may be used to. Please read carefully, as understanding these changes is very important.

We will be accepting applications from outside the region, but keep in mind, space is limited.

Please state in your cover letter your goals and expectations from attending this conference. This is VERY important. With space being a potential issue, this conference is geared toward judges who will make the most out of their experience.

PROMOTIONAL CONSIDERATION

This conference will receive promotional support from Wizards of the Coast :) Since that support may be limited, we strongly encourage judges who wish to attend to apply as soon as possible. We will be accepting attendees to the conference in waves between now and the end of the application period.
