Event Information
Dragon's Den (formerly Legends Tournament Center) is looking for a floor judge for their Modern PPTQ+GPT on Saturday, July 30th. There is one other competitive event on that day: an Eldrich Moon Sealed PPTQ at Comic Asylum in Garland.
The judge would be a floor judge for the PPTQ, and Head Judge for the GPT. Accordingly, even though the PPTQ starts at 9, this judge wouldn't have to arrive until 12pm. Preference will be given to L2 judges or L1s who are ready to test for L2, as there will be mentoring involved and possibly an L1 test.
Applicants are expected to be familiar with the CR, the IPG, and the MTR, as well as cards in Standard.
The selected judge should wear black pants, black shoes, and one of the following: Judge blacks, a regional Judge shirt, or a plain black polo. The Regional is preferable, but not Red.
Compensation includes $80 cash OR 1 box of Standard Magic boosters OR $100 store credit, as well as 1 meal provided by the TO.
