2.役職と謝礼に関して

BOXは全て「異界月」の日本語版となります。

ホテル宿泊　勤務1日につき1泊を手配させて頂きます。希望する日程をご連絡下さい。
日曜日に早上がりしないスタッフには、追加で1泊を支給させて頂きます。

交通費補助
0.5BOX…京都、大阪、滋賀、奈良
1BOX…兵庫、三重、和歌山、
2BOX…鳥取、福井、愛知、岡山
3BOX…その他の都道府県※3BOXで足りない場合は応相談。

※Lv3以上の外国籍のジャッジには2BOX追加させて頂きます。

食事補助　勤務日の昼食、軽食、ミネラルウォーター類をお渡しします。
（軽食はジャッジステーションに運びます）
ジャッジディナーは予定しておりません。

L2　2BOX＋プレイマット/1日
L1以下　1BOX＋プレイマット/1日

今回も前回に引き続き現金のお支払いは行いませんが、持ち帰りが困難な人用に8000円/1BOXで現地買取を行います。
また、報酬の1BOXを、GP京都で配布予定の《巻物の君、あざみ》プレイマット1枚。前回のGP東京で販売を行った「血染めのぬかるみ」プレイマット1枚、「ぬかるみの戦い」プレイマット2枚と交換する事も可能です。（数量に限りがございますので、事前にご連絡頂いた分に限らせて頂きます）

今回は特別な役職によって報酬が加算されます。
☆アピールジャッジ
ヘッドジャッジの補佐。主催者と各セクションのマネージャーとのコミュニケーション。各種翻訳等も。＋15～25BOX
☆サイドイベントジャッジマネージャー（＋サブ）　各サイドイベントのHJへの連絡、ヘッドジャッジと連絡を取ってサイドイベントのスタッフ配置、他事前準備＋15BOX（サブは＋7）
☆8人イベントジャッジマネージャー（＋サブ）　　8人イベントの弊社スタッフとの連携、8人イベントのジャッジ配置、8人イベントのWER入力、他事前準備＋10BOX（サブは＋5BOX）

☆その他チームリーダーやイベント毎のHJ、SKで＋0.5BOX。（本戦SKはで2BOX）（PCの持ちこみをして頂いた場合《ぬかるみの戦い》プレイマット1枚お渡し致します）

上記の役職に応じて報酬が加算されます。
※SEMと8EMは役職の性質上、金土日での勤務をお願いしております。

・ボランティアジャッジ

2日以上の勤務が条件となりますが、1日/1BOXをお渡しいたします。ホテルや交通費のサポートは御座いません。
（ホテル手配に関してはお手伝いをさせて頂ける場合も御座います。ご相談下さい）
Lv1やLv1を目指しているジャッジの人向けの枠です。Apps閲覧できない人物の場合は推薦可。

※今回はスタンバイジャッジは募集致しません。

3.主催者より

　お世話になります。ホビーステーションの横山です。
2回連続のGP開催となり、弊社としては初めてのチームリミテッドです。
前回の東京の反省点を活かして、GP東京以上のイベントにしていきたいと考えております。しかし、プレイヤーの皆さんに「良いイベントだった」と思って頂くには、ジャッジの皆さんのご協力が不可欠です。今回も何卒宜しくお願い致します。

4.集合時間・解散時間などに関して

金曜日＝ 会場集合早番9:00～終了　
土曜日＝ 会場集合8：00～終了
日曜日＝ 会場集合早番7:30～終了（早上がりを希望される場合はカバーレターにてご相談下さい）

このように予定しております。
シフトの組み易さ、引継ぎのトラブル等を考慮して、早番遅番のシフトを見直させて頂きました。体への負担に関しては休憩時間を長めに調整して頂くことで対応して頂きたいと考えております。
弊社都合により皆様にご負担をかけてしまい申し訳御座いません。何卒ご理解頂戴出来れば幸いです。

また、この時間でジャッジをして頂けることが基本とはなっていますが、遠方のかた（日曜日に帰るので早く上がりたい）などはカバーレターにてご相談下さい。

5.来日アーティストについて

Johannes VossとRaymond Swanlandの来日を予定しています。

金曜日、日曜日の19時よりにジャッジ及びスタッフ向けのサイン会の時間を設ける予定です。（状況によって時間は前後します）

6.連絡に関して

基本的にはGP京都のフォーラムにて連絡を致します。
ジャッジ活動に関する事以外にもホテル関係の連絡等、重要な情報はフォーラムから発信致しますので、必ず逐次確認をお願い致します。

今回は８０名前後のジャッジの採用を行う予定です。

2.Compensation

 Judges will receive booster boxes, “Eldritch moon” (Japanese).

・Support

Lodging:  We will make arrangements for an overnight stay per day for staff.  If you do not have to leave early on Sunday, we will provide you an additional overnight stay at a hotel.  Please contact us with your requests.  *We have single or double rooms.

 
 Transport fee:3 booster boxes for oversea judge …we will provide 2 booster boxes for every over level 3 foreign judge.

Catering:  We will provide lunch and a light snack plus bottled water on each day that you work with us.

Reward:  Over level 3  …3 boxes and a play mat per a day
  Level 2   …2 boxes and a play mat per a day
  Under level 1  …1 box and a play mat per a day

As has been done previously, we will not provide cash, but we will purchase a booster box worth 8000 yen for any judges who find it difficult to bring booster boxes.

I can change one box for the playmat set which I distributed in GP Kyoto.

・Volunteers
Volunteers must work at least 2 days, but we will provide 1 booster boxes per day.  We will not pay lodging and transportation but we may be able to assist in finding lodging for volunteers.  Please contact us with a cover letter stating your needs.  This is for the people who are level 1 judges or would like to be a level 1 judge.  If you know someone who cannot access the Apps, you can recommend him or her.

  *We are not looking for Standby Judges at this time.

3.  Greeting from the organizer

 I am Yokoyama, Hobby Station.
We have hold two Grand Prixes in a raw at Grand Prix Kyoto, and this is our first time to held by team limited.
We change some refrections about previous Grand Prix Tokyo for the better, but it is difficlt to give all players good time without your help.
Therefore, we are looking forward to working with you. Thank you.

6.  Artist Information

 Johannes Voss and Swanland are scheduled to attend.  Autograph sessions for judges or staff will be held on Friday and Sunday from 7:00PM.  (The times depend on the Autograph session for the people participating in the event.)

We will contact you with the forum of Ground Prix Tokyo.  We will send information about tasks, hotel accommodations, and important things about the forum, so please check this information carefully.
