South Dakota Judge Conference

We  hope you're excited for the first Judge conference in South Dakota, because we are! We have space for 100 people for Sat - as a result it is very important to apply and if you can't make it let us know so someone else can attend.

We are planning to have a judge dinner Saturday night. Sunday there is a Modern PPTQ at the store starting at 10am and entry is $30, $25 for judges who attended the whole conference. 

Presenting
Please mention in your application if you would like to present or lead a workshop and on what topic.

Foils
In order to receive foils for attending, you must be a certified Judge and apply to this event before August 3rd. Foils will only be given for attending Saturday and giving feedback to presentors.

Testing
Testing is available for both L1 and L2 at this conference.  If you are interested in testing, please answer the question about testing in the application.  There will be a forum post with further information about testing as we get closer to the conference.

Location
Please park away from the building as the other businesses complain if you take up those spaces. There is additional parking in the rear of the building down the alley. The back entrance to the store is open during business hours.

Schedule
The general plan for this conference is to start at noon on Saturday the 3rd, and end at 6pm.

Post-conference activities
There will be an optional Judge Dinner on Saturday around 6:30pm.  We will be planning some judge activities on Sunday which may include a workshop. Might be running back the win Tacos event if there is enough interest.
