WMCQ 3 Belgium

Hello fellow judges,

Albion Kortrijk is looking for a team of judges for the third WMCQ of the year.

The format is Modern and will take place 18 september 2016.

We are looking for a team of 5 judges consisting of 1 Headjudge and 4 floor judges.

The compensation is a flat rate of 90€ for the entire day. Drinks and a bite to eat will be provided by the organizer.

The event will comprise the main event with a cutoff to top8. A Gentry (league standard) side-event (starting after round 3) and on demand draft side events (which will probably be single elimination, but has not been determined yet), There will also be a card-trader present (Goat-Enterprises)

Starting time for Round 1 of the main event will be set at 10h30AM.

If you are a lvl2+ judge you are welcome to apply for the event. Once a head-judge is determined he/she will be the final authority on accepting other judge applications.

If you are a lvl1 judge that would like to judge this event, you are more then welcome to apply. If feasible we will only accept a maximum of 2 lvl 1 judges on staff. So priority will be given to people that are on their way to / very close to certifying for lvl 2. 


The tournament location is easily reachable from the station of Torhout. Pick-up by car from the station can be provided. There is a large parking area in front of the building.

I set the application deadline at 14/08 so that we can confirm people's application in a reasonable time before the WMCQ.
