What

This will be an exciting day of learning, socialising, and fun! As if learning wasn't already fun on its own! We will have seminars on a variety of topics, and then a provided buffet dinner with free non-alcoholic drinks throughout the day! Then, when the seminars are over, we can hang out at Battle and Brew and play some games (on your own dime, but there's something to help with that in a minute). I mean, a TV is like $9 an hour and SMASSHHH BRROOOSSS. And there's alcohol that can be purchased!

Exact seminar schedule will come out when we get closer.

This conference is foil supported! Exact amount of foils will be decided later, but you're not coming just for foils anyway are you? Please keep in mind, this is not a full conference and will not have the same kind of support. Please note that due to the foil support, applications must be finalized a month before the actual event and only certified judges will receive foil support. Get your application in early!

Will there be testing available?

There will be Level 1 and Level 2 Testing available at this Mini-Conference. If you are interested in testing at the event please contact our testing coordinator, Nicolette Apraez, at nicolettemapraez@gmail.com with a list of pre-certification requirements you have currently fulfilled and any other revelant information.

L2 Candidates, please be sure to include an L2 Practice Exam ID and Score in your email.

L1 Candidates, including a passing L1 Practice Exam ID and Score in your email is strongly preferred, as we may not have the time to test and debrief every applicant.

Will you take late applications? What if I have to drop out?

I can't take any late applications as I need to schedule with the venue and get our beloved RC to order foils ahead of time. However, if you do want to come and don't apply in time then shame on you. However however, we *may* have slots open up. Speaking of...

If you apply and CAN'T make it, shame on you. Please understand there is a cost per person that is being paid behind the scenes for you to be there. I understand that life happens and sometimes something outside your control comes up. If you learn you can't make it, please let me know ASAP so I can bring in someone else.
