Event Information

We are looking for a few good judges to help run a PPTQ: Nashville.

I'm expecting we can hit 20-30, but may hit as high as 40 and can support up to 60 players.

Outside of the Head Judge, I'm looking for three standby judge.

A standby judge is a judge who WILL be at the event, and if we end up with lots a players, we

can call upon to help judge the event. The first stand by judge will be tapped at 17 or more players.

If we hit 41 or more players the 2nd standby judge will be tapped. If we hit 50 or more players the

3rd standby judge will be tapped.

If you are currently Level 2 or higher it is possible to apply for Head Judge. If you wish to

please include this in your cover letter.

All judges who work the event will get $50 gift certificates, and any standby judge

who play in the event only have a $15 entry fee, instead of a $30 entry fee.

If the event has 25 or more players each judge will get a $75 gift certificate instead of $50.

Judges from out of town I can arrange for places to stay.

I will post the staff on October 10nd. If you do not get accepted please understand there is limited space

and we hope you will apply to other upcoming events.

If you have questions feel free to contact me, Justin Hovdenes, on facebook, through these judge apps, or text me at

(605) 863-8186.

Note: Your cover letter should include any experience judging you have, and any special requests or needs you have.
