Event Information
More Fun Gaming Center is looking for one or more judges for an upcoming PPTQ. A floor judge for the day and possibly a standby to activate at 33 players will be accepted.
Expectations:
- Come to the event in judge attire (black pants, black shirt, blacks shoes if able) ready to judge if needed. Bring a change of clothes just in case.
- Knowledge of common and tricky Modern rules interactions (I'm looking at you, Blood Moon!). What would you add to this list from last year? http://www.starcitygames.com/article/30419_Modern-Interactions.html
- Current knowledge of the updated IPG, Comprehensive Rules, and Magic Tournament Rules.
- If you have not uploaded a photo of yourself to Judge Apps, your application is not likely to be accepted.
- Arrival time and event start time will be added when confirmed.
Compensation:
- A box of standard product or $65 cash if called upon to judge, or free play in the event for a non-activated standby. Lunch and dinner are provided, as needed. Standby judge will be activated at 33 players.
Communication:
- Judge selection will be made Tuesday, September 28th or sooner. Apply early :)
