Northern Michigan Judge Conference

Hello, everyone, and welcome to the Northern Michigan Judge Conference!

Join us for a day of fun and education at Game On's new Mount Pleasant location on Saturday, November 5th!  Seminars will focus on honing judge skills at Competitive Rules Enforcement Level.

Venue and Start Time

We will begin sign-in at 11am at Game On of Mount Pleasant.  On-site parking is available with many convenient food options located nearby for our 2pm meal break.

Attendance and Foils

As a thank-you for all the efforts of our judges, Wizards of the Coasts provides foils for us to extend to conference attendees.  We have foil support for 20 attendees.  If we receive interest from more than 20 judges to attend, priority will be given to L1s seeking advancement to L2.  Conference attendees will receive their foils after completion of a brief onsite feedback survey about the conference.  Participation in all of the day's seminars is mandatory to receive foil support.  Foil support cannot be offered for judges applying late to the conference or to uncertified judges, though they are still more than welcome to attend and participate.

A detailed schedule of topics and presenters will be posted no later than 10/08/2016.

Presenters

Presenting can be an incredibly rewarding experience.  If you have a subject that you feel passionately about and are interested in presenting for our conference, we'd love to hear from you!  Just e-mail doyle.af@gmail.com with a brief description of the following:

- Subject of your presentation

- Type of presentation (seminar, hands-on, workshop, etc.)

- Technological/space needs of your presentation
