There is no hotel sponsorship for this event. Judges are expected to make their own arrangements regarding where they stay.
A room block at the Sheraton near the venue is being finalized now. Rooms in that block will be $119 a night. Information on that will be posted when settled.
You can find a list of other hotels near the convention enter here:

Once staff has been selected it is recommended that you make contact with other judges to get hotel rooms. We can use the event forums for that purpose.
*Transportation
There are a couple of ways to get two and from the Dallas / Fort Worth Airport. You can find them here:
http://www.dfwairport.com/transport/index.php
There is a free shuttle from the airport which can take you to the Centre Point / DTW Airport Station. From there you can take the Trinity Railway Express to the Fort Worth Intermodal Transportation Center (two blocks from convention center) for $2.50. However this train doesn't run Sundays, so if you are plan on leaving then, you will need other transportation to the airport.
Additionally, many hotels offer shuttle service from the airport. You can find a list of hotels that do and phone numbers here:

-Some other judges you have worked with.
If you know of anyone that is L0 and interested in testing for L1 at this GP, please have them email me at judge@legionevents.com. We may still accept ‘walk ups’ but getting information from interested judge candidates beforehand would be useful.
