Theros Prerelease (Santa Clara, CA)

This is an application for the Theros Prerelease at Channel Fireball Game Center on September 21-22.

Events

There are six events for the Theros Prerelease. You DO NOT need to be able to work the whole weekend to apply. Please let me know what events you are able to work in your application.  The events for the weekend are as follows:
Midnight Friday
10AM Saturday
4PM Saturday
10AM Sunday
4PM 2HG Sunday
5PM Sunday

Compensation

Judges working the midnight event will receive one (1) compensation unit which may be redeemed for $50 (Mailed as a check pending the completion of a W9) or $75 Channelfireball.com Store Credit.

Judges working any non-midnight event will receive one (1) compensation unit per event worked which may be redeemed for $45 (Mailed as a check pending the completion of a W9) or $60 Channelfireball.com Store Credit.

Expectations

Judges are expected to arrive not later than 30 minutes before their event begins. Head judges are to arrive 45 minutes before their event begins.  All events are four rounds, and judges are expected to stay through the completion of the rounds until the last match slip has been turned in.  If you need to arrive late or leave early, please note that in your application.

Attire for the event is black pants and a judge shirt (or other nice black shirt) tucked in and a black belt.  If you do not have a judge shirt, please note that in your cover letter, as well as your size. We may have one that you can borrow for the event.
