会場： ツインメッセ静岡
本戦フォーマット： スタンダード
 
開催日まであまり時間がないため
9月末〆切り、10月の第1週に
採用発表というスケジュールを考えております。
短い期間ではありますが、ぜひご検討お願いします。

2.ジャッジの方への謝礼
 
今回は
フルスポンサーシップと
ルームスポンサーシップ、２種類のプランがあります。
ジャッジ応募の際に、希望するプランを選んで下さい。
どちらの条件でも行くなら両方にチェックを、
片方の条件の場合は、その条件にチェックをして下さい

それぞれのプランの条件設定は、以下の通りです。

フルスポンサーシップの基準として
32名-64名規模の小型併設イベントのヘッドジャッジを
できるレベルの方を想定しています。

フルスポンサーで応募された方の中でも
ジャッジの数が十分であると判断した場合に
トラベル＆ルームスポンサーシップを
打診する場合があります。

また、日本での労働VISAを持たない方なども
ルームスポンサーシップに該当します。
 
スコアキーパーなど代わりがいない職務に関して
日当を加算する場合があります。
加算の基準に関しては、非公開とさせていただきます。

すべての報酬は
ジャッジ委員会を通してみなさんにお渡しします。

3.主催者より
 
この度、グランプリ静岡2013の担当することになりました
BIGMAGIC池袋店、店長の伊藤秀敏と申します。
今回はGOODGAMES/晴れる屋さんとの共催となります。

昨年に引き続きGPを開催できることをうれしく思っております。
今回は本選参加者2000名を想定し
約60名の募集となります。
今回も、みなさんの力をお借りして、
盛り上がる良いイベントをと思っております。
ぜひご応募お願いします。

なお、BIGMAGICが主な運営を
晴れる屋さんにはイベント運営が円滑に行えるよう
BIGMAGICとのパートナー契約を結んでおります。
 
4.集合時間・解散時間などに関して
 
各日の集合時間・解散時間は、曜日によって異なります。
 
金曜日＝ 会場集合早番9:00～20：00、遅番12:00～22：00　
土曜日＝ 会場集合7:45～22:00
日曜日＝ 会場集合早番7:45～19：45、遅番10：00～22：00
 
このように予定しておりますが
運営がスムーズにできなかった場合、延長せざるを得ない場合がございます。
時間内に解散できるようにご協力をお願いします。
 
今回は、

のいずれかの日程での募集とさせていただきます。
 
また、この時間でジャッジをして頂けることが基本とはなっていますが、
遠方の方などは別途ご相談下さい。
 
5.ジャッジへのお願い
みなさんは原則ジャッジとして、イベントに参加いただいておりますが
時間を短縮したり、会場をきれいに保つために、
みなさんにスタッフのような仕事を依頼する場合があります。
その際にはぜひご協力をお願いします。

English is ok, but please make sure most of Japanse player (and judges) don't speak English.

1. Event Information

Date: 20-22nd December 2013
Location: TWIN MESSE SHIZUOKA
Format: Standard

Because we do not have so much time left until the event, the deadline for applying will be 30th September,

and adoption will be announced in first week of October.

2. Compensation

We have two plans of the compensation; Full Sponsorship and Room Sponsorship. Please choose which plan you

wish. Please fill in both if you wish either plan, and one of them if you wish only one plan.

If you have a working visa of Japan, you can choose both plan.
However, if you do not have a working visa of Japan, you can only choose Room Sponsorship. This is because

in Japanese law, non-Japanese without the working visa being payed in money is illegal.

・Full Sponsorship

Daily Allowance: 10,000 JPY for level 3 Judge, 8,000 JPY for level 2 Judge, 7,000 JPY for level 1 Judge

Travel Compensation: Maximum of 20,000 JPY

Hotel Room

Judges' Dinner in Saturday (If your attending is difficult due to inevitable reason, you will receive 9

packs of Theros)

Judge Foils: 1 package per level

2 boxes of "Theros" Japanese version

GP Shizuoka Playmat

Lunch

Travel Compensation: Maximum of 20,000 JPY

We are expecting you to have an ability to manage a head judge for 32-64 players tournament to apply for the

Full Sponsorship.

If we concluded that there are enough judges applying for the Full Sponsorship, we may ask you to choose the

Room Sponsorship even though you chose the Full Sponsorship.

For positions which are difficult to be replaced easily, such as a Scorekeeper, we might raise their daily

allowances. The detail for the raising the daily allowances is not open to the public.

All compensations are distributed from Japan region coordinator Makino-san.

3. A Word from the Sponsor

I am Hidetoshi Ito, a shop manager of BIGMAGIC in Ikebukuro, and will be in charge of Grand Prix Shizuoka

2013. This Grand Prix will be cosponsored with GOODGAMES/Hareruya.
I am glad to be opening Grand Prix this year too, continuously from last year.
We are expecting about 2,000 players attending the Grand Prix, and we wish to have about 60 Judges applying

for the Grand Prix.
We want to make this Grand Prix more liven up, so please cooperate wish us.

We have agreed that BIGMAGIC will run the event mainly, and Hareruya is good partner.

4. Actual time of the work

Actual time differs in date.

Friday: Early shift=9:00~20:00, Late shift=12:00~22:00
Saturday: 7:45~22:00
Sunday: Early shift=7:45~19:45, Late shift=10:00~22:00

This is our plan, but if the tournament did not work smoothly, we should extend the time. Please cooperate

not to extend the time.

We want the Judges to work on Friday+Saturday+Sunday, or Friday+Saturday, or Saturday+Sunday.

If you cannot work for schedule above because of your schedule(for example, you can only arrive at the site

later because you come far from Shizuoka), please feel free to have a talk with us.

5. Request for the Judges

You will be attend the event as a Judge, but we might ask you to do some work like an event staff, in order

to run the tournament smoothly or keeping the site clean. Please cooperate at that time.

6. Plan for tournament including LCGPT

We are preparing the plan at a high pace. Please wait for a little moment.
