Intervention in Conflict
|
A talk on the judge's role in intervention of conflict. The research underlying the presentation will establish the contextualisation of the talk before delving into legislation. Covering survey opinions on both: levels of bigotry within the mtg community; and a judge's expectation to intervene in physical or verbal manifestation of bigotry. The applicability of this talk will encorporate the policies required to be enforced by judges as WoTC affiliated volunteers; as well as violations of another individual's rights as specified by the South African constitution, through discrimination. |

Testing:
Testing for L1 and L2 will be available in the morning. Keep in mind that testing is a process that requires a lot of preparation. Please let us help you by notifying us as soon as possible that you are interested. Please contact Roger Holness (roger.holness+judge@gmail.com) for L1 and L2 testing.
