Event Information
** Judges not from China Region are welcomed to join the conference, but won't be guaranteed with foil support.
会议信息：
裁判会议时间从周六午餐开始，周日午餐后解散。
建议安排周六上午10点前抵达会场，周日下午1点后离开会场。
报名费：
为确保会议质量及预订细节，参加的裁判需负担报名费用，且取消行程不予退还。为希望大家总支出相近，本次报名费用依照大家所在省份做差别定价。请点击以下链接，输入姓名和DCI号码，并依照显示金额透过支付宝付费（付费时请与备注加上自己的名字）。

报名费用将包括：
1）周六午餐和晚餐，周日早餐和午餐；
2）周六晚住宿（两人一间）；
3）会议费用和其它杂费。
报名费不包括：
1）路费；
2）当地旅游费用；
3）其它额外消费。
非认证裁判和家属：
非认证裁判和家属统一费用为400元，但是没有闪卡补助。
（认证状态以报名截止日为准，预计为2月底，如果认证状态更改则费用多退少补。）
闪卡：
所有在截止日前申请并且交费的裁判将得到一份DCI提供的裁判闪卡，闪卡将在每个讲座课题时间发出。
DCI给出的信息为目前预期本次闪卡与上次可能不同，最终消息以实际发放为准，有可能会好于前几次。
聚餐及周六晚娱乐活动安排：
周六（4 月 15 日）晚的聚餐将会安排在酒店内。
周六晚将会安排万智牌比赛娱乐活动，其他活动目前待定。

本次会议议题将採公开征选。
为了能够办好这次会议，让所有与会者有所收获，我们现对议题和讲题人进行公开招募。
如果你在你的裁判生涯中有所收获，请不要害羞，大胆的分享给社群的其他人。
如果你在学习和执法的过程中有所收获，请帮助社群里的大家一起来提高。
参加对象：大中华裁判社群内所有认证裁判。只要你有意愿，就可以投稿。
具体要求：在截止期之前确定标题和形式，以及内容主体部分的大纲，通过邮件发送给我（coolsy123@hotmail.com）
原则上演讲内容时长请控制在45分钟左右（含Q&A互动时间），如有特殊情况请单独说明。根据稿件质量我们可以进行适当调整以安排超长或超短的议题。
如果目前你有参加的意向但没有具体的方向，以下几个方向可以作为你的选题参考（但并不限于以下内容）：
1、NNWO二级的定义、角色与职责
2、IPG相关
3、近期裁判相关文档更新
4、CR相关
5、比赛执法技巧相关
6、裁判、牌手与店家相关
内容请尽量抓住某个点深入开展，而不是单纯的追求大而全；形式并不限定讲座，可以是workshop，可以是分组讨论，也可以是竞赛，请放开你的思维大胆创新。
所有稿件均要求中文，每个投稿人请自己独立完成，如有特殊情况请在投稿时一并说明。
投稿时间：即日起至1月31日晚上12点截止
注1：所有经过评选之后被选上的讲题人将在会议期间获得讲题人专属裁判闪一张。其余未获选的议题成稿后经裁判文章（中文站）评选后可刊登于该站原创专栏。
注2：之前会议调查问卷中有提交过演讲意向的，只需要补充主体内容的提纲即可。
