Grand Prix Santiago 2017

Introducción

Durante los últimos cinco años, junto con ustedes, hemos trabajado en hacer grande la historia del Magic en Latino America.

La organización ha estimado una concurrencia de entre 600 a 800 personas, en el GP y más de 500 en los eventos públicos y un PTQ el día domingo, por lo que se está haciendo todo lo posible para asegurar un torneo con alto estándar.

Como siempre, necesitamos contar con los mejores jueces, en especial a todos los que continuamente han sido parte de esta aventura, y que ya han más que demostrado su excelencia, su capacidad incansable para el trabajo duro, para superar dificultades y lo más importante, los que han sido parte de este equipo. Yo sé que todos entienden de lo que hablamos.

Postulaciones

El periodo de postulación estará abierto desde el 05/Marzo/2017 hasta el 12/Marzo/2017. Los resultados serán entregados 15/Marzo/2017.

Buscamos jueces para cubrir los siguientes días de torneos:

• Viernes: GP Trials y Public Events
• Sábado y Domingo: Grand Prix, Public Events y PTQ.
• Viernes a Domingo: Public Events

Esperamos se realicen un gran número de eventos públicos como: 8-man Draft o Standard, Torneos Abierto de Legacy, Modern, Sealed, 2HG, etc. Incluso se ha presupuestado realizar eventos nocturnos.

Compensacion y Beneficios

Entendemos el esfuerzo que los jueces hacen para ser parte del evento, por lo mismo se ha dispuesto lo siguiente en términos de compensación y beneficios:

Compensación

• Jueces Nivel 1 – 1 Caja de Sobres por día.
• Jueces Nivel 2 – 2 Cajas de Sobres por día.
• Jueces Nivel 3 - 3 Cajas de Sobres por día.

Beneficios - Alojamiento

Nuevamente la organización entregará sponsorship de alojamiento entre los jueces aceptados que lo soliciten en su aplicación. Este beneficio considera lo siguiente:

• Si trabajas de Viernes a Domingo, alojamiento de Jueves a Domingo (inclusive).
• Si trabajas de Sábado a Domingo, alojamiento de Viernes a Domingo (inclusive).

Beneficios - Alimentación y Traslados

Se entregará un viatico para cubrir los principales gastos de alimentación y/o traslados, según correspondan.

Además se mantendrán acceso a alimentación y líquidos durante el torneo.

Beneficios - Playmat

Ademas recibiran un playmat conmemorativo del GP Santiago.

Introduction

During the last five years, along with you, we have worked on making Magic history great in Latin America.

The organization has estimated a number of 600 to 800 people, in the GP and more than 500 in public events and a PTQ on Sunday, so everything is being done to ensure a tournament with a high standard.

As always, we need to have the best judges, especially all those who have continuously been part of this adventure, and who have already demonstrated their excellence, their tireless ability to work hard, overcome difficulties and most importantly, Those who have been part of this team. I know everyone understands what we are talking about.

Applications

The application period will be open from March 5^th, 2017 to March 12^th, 2017. The results will be given March 15^th, 2017.

We’re looking for Judges to cover the following days/tournaments:

• Friday: GP Trials and Public Events
• Saturday and Sunday: Grand Prix, Public Events and PTQ.
• Friday to Sunday: Public Events

We expect a large number of public events such as changes are made: eight-man or Draft Standard, Open Tournament Legacy, Modern, Sealed, 2HG, etc. Even budgeted perform nightly events.

Compensation and Benefits

We understand that judges made a great effort to be part of the event, therefore the following is provided in terms of compensation and benefits:

Compensation

• Judges Level 1 - 1 Booster Box per day.
• Judges Level 2 - 2 Booster Boxes per day.
• Judges Level 3 - 3 Booster Boxes per day.

Benefits - Accommodation

Again, the organization will provide sponsorship of accommodation for the judges accepted that request it in the application. This benefit considers the following:

• If you work from Friday to Sunday, accommodation from Thursday to Sunday (inclusive).
• If you work from Saturday to Sunday, accommodation from Friday to Sunday (inclusive).

Benefits – Food, Transportation & Gift

An amount is given to judges to cover expenses related with food and/or transportation, as applicable.

Besides, as usual there will be access to snacks and liquids during the tournament.

Also you would recieve a conmemorative playmat from GP Santiago.
