Event Information
The Conference will be on June 17-18<sup>th</sup>.
All seminars and discussions will be in Polish. If you would like to visit the conference and you don't speak Polish, please contact the organiser before applying.
Seminars:
We are looking for presenters! If you want to present some topic, please fill this Google Form.
The deadline for signing up for presenting is 17<sup>th</sup> May.
Saturday 17<sup>th</sup> June:
On Saturday there will be mandatory seminars, starting from 14:00. We are planning to run 4 seminars without dividing them into blocks.
Sunday 18<sup>th</sup> June:
Seminars on Sunday are mandatory and will be divided into 2 groups, based on experience. Structure of the program is in development. Our plan includes 6 seminars (two blocks for 3) on Sunday starting 10:30 ending with a lunch break at about 13:15.

We have booked double rooms with breakfast at the cost of 31 PLN/night/person (it concers the night from 17<sup>th</sup> to 18<sup>th</sup>). Other nights are 81 PLN/night/person. You can sign up for room here (And also for barbecue! Read below). The deadline for singning up and payment is 28<sup>th</sup> April. After this date we cannot guarantee accomommodation (but we will try!).
There is a possibility to order a dinner on Sunday at the cost of 27 PLN/person.
Guests will be able to use in free time billards, table football and table tennis.
Entertainment:
Barbecue!
We are planning to organise barbecue on Saturday evening (18:00). Menu is uploaded in the file section and you will be able to see it after your application is approved.
The price is 95 PLN per person.

Foil Support:
In order for you to receive judge promos, you must apply via JudgeApps and attend seminars on Saturday and Sunday. If you miss the application window or are uncertified at the closing date, you will not receive any foils.
