Iberian Conferences 2017 - Madrid, Spain

Date and location:

Spanish speaking conferences on June 30th – July 2nd in Madrid (España)

Application deadline is May 23rd.

Attendants:

All certified Magic Judges are very welcome to apply but the conferences will be in Spanish.

Accomodation and food:

We will book room for Friday and Saturday of the selected weekend for every attendant. Also breakfast, lunch and dinner will be provided.

There will be Judge Foils Packs for helping covering these expenses, but the content of the packs will be unknown until the conferences weekend. We understand that the situation of each judge is different, there are different opinions about the value of the packs, and each judge will prefer a full sponsorship instead receiving the foils. Therefore we offer two options:

-          - Receive a pack of judge foils and pay 120€ for the accommodation and food.

-          - Have the accommodation and food paid and not receive the judge foils

Travel:

There is not Travel Sponsorship, but there will be a transport coordinator for helping you to arrange the transport in a way it is as cheaper as possible.

Schedule:

A detailed schedule will be posted soon. But as a general guidance, we expect that the judges will arrive during Friday afternoon and the event will be closing after Sunday lunch.

Asistentes:

Todos los árbitros de Magic certificados pueden solicitar venir pero han de saber que las conferencias serán en español.

Alojamiento y Comidas:

Reservaremos habitación para el viernes y el sábado del fin de semana para cada asistente. También está incluído el desayuno, el almuerzo y la cena.

Habrá Judge Foils para ayudar a cubrir todos estos gastos (alojamiento y comida), pero qué foils serán no lo sabremos hasta el fin de semana de las conferencias. Entendemos que la situación de cada árbitro es diferente, que hay opiniones distintas sobre el valor de las Judge Foils, y que cada árbitro puede preferir tener alojamiento y comidas pagadas en lugar de recibir las Judge Foils. Por eso, ofrecemos dos opciones:

-          - Recibir las Judge Foils y pagar 120€ para el alojamiento y las comidas

-          - Tener el alojamiento y la comida pagados y no recibir ninguna foil

Viaje:

No hay ayuda al viaje. Cada uno será responsable de pagar el coste del mismo. Pero tendremos un coordinador de transportes para ayudar a organizar el transporte de forma que sea lo más barato posible.

Planificación:

Publicaremos la planificación detallada en cuanto lo sepamos. Como guía general, esperamos que los árbitros lleguen durante el viernes por la tarde; y acabaremos después del almuerzo del domingo.
