Event Information

Hello, and thank you for your interest in Pandemonium's Regional Last Chance Qualifier for Hour of Devastation.

Expectations 

Judges at this event are expected to have a strong understanding of the Magic Comprehensive Rules, the MTR, Infraction Procedure Guide, and all current Judge policy. In addition, as representatives of both Pandemonium and Magic Organized Play, judges will be expected to behave professionally at all times. This includes but is not limited to arriving on time and maintaining appropriate attire. 

A tentative timeline has the player meeting beginning at 11 AM. All judges will be expected to be present and ready to work by 9:30 AM. If this will be a problem, please indicate that in your application. The Judge meeting will take place no later than 9:45 AM. 

The uniform for judges at this event will be the standard black Judge shirt, black pants and belt, black socks and comfortable, black shoes. If you do not currently have a black Judge shirt, please note that in your application- we will attempt to find one for you. 

Compensation

Compensation for the event will be one (1) Booster Box of the current set or $80 Store Credit per judge level. Judges are also provided one (1) meal from either of the following local venues: SoCal Burgers & Wraps or BeiRock Middle Eastern Wraps.

Application

We are looking to fill several positions for this event, including a Head Judge, a Floor Lead, a Deck Check team, a Scorekeeper, and several Floor Judges. The application window for this event will close on Saturday, June 3rd, with acceptances going out no later than the next day. Late applications will not be accepted. 

Your cover letter should include your recent Comp. REL experience. If you do not currently have a black Judge shirt, please note that in your questionnaire - we will attempt to find one for you.
