Hello fellow SEA Judges,

Welcome to the third SE Asia Judge Conference for 2017. This will be a to days conference held on 12-13 August 2017.

For travel planning purposes, the estimated start time for Saturday is 3pm, while the end time on Sunday will be 3pm. For foreign Judges You can booked flight to Jakarta.

Conferences are a great place to pick up valuable knowledge and skills related to judging, as well as an excellent source of networking within the judge community. Meet and get to know, each other judges in SEA regions (sometimes from other regions too). Of course we need to have fun, to complete our objectives!

Presenter

Excellent presenters are an essential element of a successful conference. We have 6 time slot for presntation in this seminar, so if you willing to be a presenter please choose yes when you apply the please email me your topic(s) and your target audiences.

Presenters will prepare their presentation. We will provide you a laptop and participants will utilize theirs tablet / smartphone to read through the presentation material.

Accomodation fee

This seminar fee would be have 2 options please select one when you fill this application.

460.000IDR/ Pax for stay at hotel include breakfast & coffee break from Nite & Day Residences (2 pax/room)

220.000 IDR/ Pax for applicant that live nearby the venue (meeting room only) include coffee break from Nite & Day Residences

 The Deadline for cancellation to be announce later. After the deadline, you have to pay the seminar fee due to we already confirm attendances to the hotel.

 **Please note that you must apply by the deadline and be accepted in order to be eligible for conference support a.k.a. Judge Foils. Also, only certified judges are eligible for conference support. Uncertified judges and people who did not apply by the deadline are still welcome to join, subject to space availability.
