Dreamhack Sweden

tournamentcenter.eu is looking for staff to help out at the Learn To Play area of the Magic: The Gathering booth during Dreamhack Sweden.

Practical information

Dreamhack Sweden will take place from Saturday the 17th of June until Tuesday the 20th of June.

Expectations

tournamentcenter.eu is looking for judges and Magic: The Gathering enthusiasts to give demos to the visitors of Dreamhack.
If you have friends who can give demos of MTG but are not a judge, please share this event with them as well. 

Please bring your judge shirt to the event. Black trousers and shoes are not mandatory but please refrain from wearing sportswear or shorts.

Shifts

Depending on the number of applicants, we will work with either one shift per person or split shift.

Plan A - one shift per person per day:
10h30 - Arrival at the booth
11h00 - Hall opens the doors for the public
21h00 - Close doors for public
21h15 - End of shift

This schedule will include a 1 hours break in the early afternoon.

Plan B - split shift:
10h30 - Arrival at the booth for the early shift
11h00 - Hall opens the doors for the public
15h45 - Arrival at the booth for the late shift
16h15 - Departure of the early shift
21h00 - Close doors for public
21h15 - End of the late shift

This schedule will include a short break of 15 minutes.

Compensation

Cash compensation of €40 per person per day plus 2 displays product compensation per day to cover prestations, lunch and dinner.
An entry badge to the fair will be made available.

Compensation of travel to and from Jönköping from your home town is still to be confirmed later.
Hotel and local transportation during the event will be provided by us. 

Paperwork

Every judge must sign a contract before their first shift. A contract template will be available on request.
