Swiss Nationals 2017

On behalf of Kaufparadies Stocker in Dielsdorf I want to thank you for your interest in judging at the Swiss Nationals 2017. Please read all information on this page carefully before applying.

The Swiss Nationals 2017 are taking place on Sept. 16 to 17 2017 in Dielsdorf, and the Formats are Standard and Draft.

As a judge for this event we expect you to:

- be a lvl1 or higher judge

- have solid and up to date knowledge of the game rules, IPG, and tournament operations

- represent the TO and the judge program in a positive manner throughout the event

- provide feedback to the team in the form of verbal and/or written reviews, and be willing to write a tournament report

Your benefits:

- compensation for a Floor Judge is 1 box per day

- free food and drinks for each day on staff

Status types:

Volunteer: You are confirmed as a Floor Judge for one or more days at the Swiss Nationals. 

Standby: You are expected to be on-site for each day you are chosen as a standby. Depending on the needs of the event you will be activated throughout the day and compensated as a Floor Judge (see above), or you get to play in the main event for free. Please note that in order to play in the main event, you need to be qualified. If you are not qualified but would like to apply as a Standby, please say so in your application and write to batcatbues@gmail.com so we can discuss your options.

- days you'd like to work/be on Standby for

- recent experience judging competitive events

- language skills, and other skills relevant to the event

- intent to level up
