Standard PPTQ Aldershot - Excellent Comp REL Practice

Hi!

We are looking for one L1+ judge for a Standard PPTQ in Aldershot, on Saturday 14th October.

This will be a great opportunity for any L1s looking for Comp REL experience; however, please only apply if you are reasonably comfortable in taking calls at a Comp REL event, as you will be required to help cover a side room independently for most of the day. Please include any relevant recent Comp REL experience and, if relevant, other avenues you have been using to learn the IPG in your cover letter.

On a related note, I would love to use this opportunity to help you learn or to tick off items of your L2 checklist! Let me know in your cover letter what your current goals are, and I will be more than happy to chat about how we can work that into the day. I know that writing cover letters can be quite daunting, so I will also provide feedback on any applications I receive.

• Call time will be 9.15 for a 10am start, with a little flexibility depending on your travel arrangements - let me know if you have any requirements.
• There is no parking at the venue but you can park in the nearby public carpark.
• Judges should wear a black shirt, black trousers/skirt and comfortable dark shoes - your comfort is the most important thing for the day!
• Compensation is £60 or 1 box of the latest set.
• Please include your Hogwarts house in your application.
• If you have not visited before, this is a lovely store and within easy reach of both the railway station and places to acquire lunch.
