PTQ for PT Journey into Nyx

On behalf of Tavis and Larry Bouzane, thank you for your interest in Newfoundland's first constructed Pro Tour Qualifier!

We are looking for 2-4 judges to work the floor of this event, which we are expecting to be around 100-130 people in a community hungry for the opportunity to play on Magic's biggest stage. Judges selected will also be helping with the numerous side events planned for the day.

EVENT INFORMATION

Head Judge: Chris Lansdell, L2, Mount Pearl NL

Rules Enforcement Level: Competitive

Planeswalker Point Multiplier: 5x

Judges are expected to cover any costs associated with travel and accommodations. A meal will be provided. 

Judges are expected to prepare for the event by reviewing the Comprehensive Rules, Magic Tournament Rules, Infraction Procedure Guide, which can be found at the Magic Judges Document Center. Judges are also expected to behave in a professional manner at all times, as representatives of the Magic Judge program. This includes arriving on time, and in appropriate attire. That means black pants, judge shirt (if you have one, plain black shirt if you don't), black shoes. 

TESTING

Testing for level 1 will be available at the event. If you are interested in testing for level 2 this MAY be possible. Please indicate this in your application.

COMPENSATION

Certified judges will receive 1 (one) box of product, likely to be Born of the Gods boosters. As indicated above, a meal will also be provided.
