Homework for participants

Not submitting the HW on time may disqualify you from attending the conference (you can contact Ivan earlier in case you have any questions)

1. Conflict

Think of a conflict [alternative: disagreement] you had which you'd want to talk about.

For this conflict, try to briefly describe:

  1. The situation of the conflict itself or what it was about (1 or 2 sentences, as abstact and anonymized as you feel comfortable with)
  2. The personality of any participants beside yourself (2 or 3 sentences per person at most).
  3. Their relationship with or towards you (1 or 2 sentences)

2. Feedback

Think and write down two situations:

3. Area level or regional topic or project

Identify a topic that is relevant to your area or a regional project idea you would like to work on. Please specify it in writing using the following format:

1. What is it? (describe the topic or problem)

2. Does this topic need action?

3. Does the topic need more than one action?

4. What could be the next visible and observable (by others) action?
