Stockport PPTQ for PT Minneapolis

On behalf of Element Games I'm happy to open up applications for a Head Judge position for our next PPTQ.

Due to not-entirely-forseen circumstances, our regular judge has had to drop out of the position.

We are looking for one (1) L2+ judge for this event, you will help us set a date for the event and judge it on the day as well as fulfill all regular HJ roles at the event.

The date set by our previous judge was Satuday February 2nd but as we are still in the event scheduling period this can easily be changed to any weekend between Jan 20th and Apr 15th, depending on your avaiability and venue bookings.

You will also be assisted with judging the event in any and all capcities needed by floor judge Harry Barlow.

Compensation

If accepted, you will recieve one (1) booster box of any sealed set we have in stock, or £85 store credit, which can be spent on the day or added to an online account. You will also be entitled to free hot drinks throughout the day and 50% off drinks and snacks at our bar.

The Venue

Our venue can comfortably seat 200 Magic players, has link flat screens for tournament organisation (round draws and timers) and free wi-fi

We have free parking on-site as well as good transport links from Stockport and Manchester Piccadilly train station

Please include in your covering letter any recent experience of judging, especially at Competitive REL. Additionaly, including any preferences or limitations on the date of the event will be helpful.

You will be required to be on-site from 10:45 at the latest, wearing standard judge attire: black shirt and black trousers/skirt.
