PPTQ Minneapolis #2

We will be running two PPTQ that feeds into Pro Tour Minneapolis on the same weekend in Rapid City.
This application is for the one held on Sunday January 28 at Heroes Sports Cards.

There are two types of applicants we are looking for:

Head Judge - Must be a Level 2 or higher to apply. This judge gets $100 cash for working the day.

Standby Floor Judge - Doesn't have to be a certified judge. This judge gets $50 cash for working the day, if the threshold of players is met for them to be on staff.

Standby Judge positions will be given preference to level 0 Judges wanting to Test and to Level 1s working Towards Level 2.

Standby Judges if accepted, are expected to be on site for the event before the event starts, and if enough players are present, they will be tapped to work the event. If we fall short of having enough players, each stand by judge not tapped to work will have free entry into the event.

First standby Judge will be tapped at 17 or more players.
Second stand Judge will be tapped at 33 or more players.

Head Judge needs to be on site by 11am.
Standby Judges need to be on site by noon.

In the cover letter, include any relevant judge experience you have, if you have goals such as working towards level 1 or level 2, what city or store you currently work for or plan to work for. Also in the cover letter, include info on if you need a free place to stay in Rapid. For the most part these events don't have funds to do hotel rooms, but I can find a free couch for you to sleep on.
