Nordic Judge Conference: Copenhagen

At the previous two judge conferences the Swedes and Finnish have taken so good care of us Danes that we now wish to invite you to the great city of Copenhagen, Denmark. The conference will be on Sunday April 6th in the store Faraos Cigarer in central Copenhagen. The store is located very close to the central Metro hub, with easy access from both the Airport and Central Station. The schedule for seminars is still being constructed, so if you would like to present one you are very welcome to answer the call on the Nordic Judges forum.

At judge conferences we get a chance to meet and learn from other judges in our region, and we encourage you to share tips and tricks with other judges. If you are one of the old dogs of the judge program, pass on some knowledge either by having a seminar or by talking with other judges. The conference is open for anyone, regardless of judge level. If you would like to test for either L1 or L2, please say so in advance, and we will put you in touch with the people responsible for testing.

The conference will begin at 10:00, and end at aproximately 17-18pm, with minor breaks and lunch around noon. After the conference there will be a reservation at a nearby restaurant where you are all welcome to join. If you wish to join at the restaurant, please note so in your application so we can make an accurate reservation.

Every certified judge attending the conference will receive a packet of judge foils. The number of ordered packets will be locked when the registration to the judge conference closes. This mean that judges that certify immediately before the conference or at the conference will not receive foils due to a new policy regarding judge foils.

Since the conference is held on a Sunday we will try and organize a sighseeing trip/restaurant on Saturday, for the judges arriving early. We are also looking for places for judges needing a bed, but nothing is set yet.
