Hello everybody,

What to expect?

This event is a combination of a judge dinner and a mini conference. The evening will be casual with games, conversations, a takeout dinner and seminars.

Applications

Since the first mini conference proved to be very successful, there’s no more first come/first serve. The deadline for applications is Sunday 27 May and applications will be processed shortly after that. To give everybody a chance to attend an edition, acceptance will be based on how many you have attended before and secondary your distance to the event based on judge apps (local attendees receive priority).

If you would like to present a topic you can propose topics in the application. We’re also looking into the possibility of having multiple smaller seminars, so if you want to do part of a topic or something small, that might also be possible!

Parking

Payed parking is from 100m at parking garage Molenpoort (through Tweede Walstraat) or from 200m at the Wedren.

Free parking is at least 15 minutes walking behind the train station (Marialaan or Tweede Oude Heselaan) or in the east from Kolemans Beijnenstraat.

It's 10 minutes walking from the train station.

Some notes

1. Attendees have to pay for their own food and drinks.

2. L1+ who apply through Sunday 27 May and get accepted, will receive conference support. (Late application is possible when the event isn’t filled, but then you aren't eligible for conference support).

3. The maximum of attendees is 25 (with a maximum of 20 L1+).

4. Everybody can get accepted (judges and aspirant judges (no account, just let me know)).
