Iberian Judge Conferences 2018 - Spain (Madrid)

Fecha y localización:
Conferencias en español: del 27 al 29 de julio en Madrid (España)
La fecha límite de petición: 20 de junio (miércoles).

Asistentes:
Todos los árbitros de Magic certificados pueden solicitar venir pero han de saber que las conferencias serán en español.

Alojamiento y Comidas:
Reservaremos habitación para el viernes y el sábado del fin de semana para cada asistente. También está incluido el desayuno,  el almuerzo y la cena.

Viaje:
Tendremos  un coordinador de transportes para ayudar a organizar el transporte de forma que sea lo más barato posible. Cada uno será responsable de pagar el coste del mismo. Habrá una pequeña ayuda a algunos asistentes (plazas muy limitadas) detalladas en el apartado de Patrocinio.

Planificación:
Publicaremos la planificación detallada en cuanto lo sepamos. Como guía general, esperamos que los árbitros lleguen durante el viernes por la tarde; y acabaremos después del almuerzo del domingo.

Coste:
Por asistir a las conferencias el fin de semana, los asistentes tendrán que pagar 120€ como costes de organización y alojamiento.

Por otro lado, por cortesía de Wizards of the Coast, habrá un pack de foils de juez por asistente reconociendo el esfuerzo e interés en formarse como árbitros. La asistencia completa a las actividades de la agenda del fin de semana supondrá recibir el Pack de Foils correspondiente.

Ayuda económica:
Habrá dos posibles patrocinios para los asistentes. Las plazas para ellos son muy limitadas, con lo que quienes quieran optar a ellas deberán rellenar la parte correspondiente del formulario además de seleccionar la correspondiente casilla en su solicitud en el evento del apps.

• Room Sponsorship: el RC (reservándose el derecho a involucrar en esta decisión a quien considere oportuno – y que no opte a ella en su aplicación), podrá decidir la compra del Pack de Foils de asistencia del solicitante por un valor de 100€ para ayudar al mismo a sufragar los gastos de alojamiento.

• Travel Sponsorship: el RC (reservándose el derecho a involucrar en esta decisión a quien considere oportuno), podrá ofrecer al solicitante una ayuda al coste de su viaje de hasta un 50% del mismo, a ingresar durante la semana inmediatamente posterior a la asistencia a las conferencias.
  

Formulario:

Todos los asistentes tienen que rellenar el siguiente formulario. La parte de Ayudas sólo aquellos que lo soliciten.

Date and location:
Spanish speaking conferences on 27th  to 29th July in Madrid (España)
Application deadline is June 20th (Wednesday).

Attendants:
All certified Magic Judges are very welcome to apply but the conferences will be in Spanish.

Accommodation and food:
We will book room for Friday and Saturday of the selected weekend for every attendant. Also breakfast, lunch and dinner will be provided.

Travel:
There will be a transport coordinator for helping you to arrange the transport in a way it is as cheaper as possible. Each attendant is responsible of paying their travel expenses. There will be some Travel Sponsorship slots (very limited). More details in Sponsorship section.

Schedule:
A detailed schedule will be posted soon. But as a general guidance, we expect that the judges will arrive during Friday afternoon and the event will be closing after Sunday lunch.

Cost:
Each attendant should pay 120€ for  covering accommodation and organization costs.

In the other hand, Wizards of the Coast will provide a judge foils pack per attendant as recognition of their effort and interest in being better judges. The assistance to the full schedule of activities during the weekend will grant the reception of the judge foils pack.

Sponsorship:

There are two possible sponsorship in these conferences. The slots for them are very limited, therefore the judge that wants to be selected for one or both of them has to fill the specific part of the following form in addition to select the specific sponsorship in his apps event application.

• Room Sponsorship: the RC (reserving his right to involve in this decision whoever it deems appropriate – being someone that not applies for this sponsorship), may decide to purchase the Foils Pack of assistance from the applicant for a value of € 100 to help the same to cover the cost of accommodation.
  

• Travel Sponsorship: the RC (reserving his right to involve in this decision whoever it deems appropriate – being someone that not applies for this sponsorship), may offer the applicant assistance at the cost of their trip of up to 50% of the same, to pais during the week immediately following the assistance to conferences.
