MTG Regional Pro Tour Qualifier (RPTQ)

EVENT INFORMATION

Face to Face Games will be hosting a Regional Pro Tour Qualifier for Pro Tour 25th Anniversary. This event will take place at Hotel Espresso Montreal. The format for this RPTQ is Team Unified Standard.

The cap for this event will be 50 teams.

The Head Judge for this event will be Jason Wong.

CALL TIME

Judges will be expected to be on site and ready to work at 9:00 AM so we expect you to arrive by 8:30 AM. You will not be required to assist setting up the hall but expect some light tasks in the morning like setting the table numbers, placing pairing boards, etc. You are required to stay until at least the end of the Swiss rounds and assistance with cleaning and breakdown is expected. 

ALL JUDGES WELCOME

We're looking for judges of all levels. Judges staffed for this event will be working at Competitive REL and applying the IPG, all while being friendly and customer service focused. As this is Modern event, being familiar with the format and all the interactions involved is highly recommended.

COMPENSATION

Judges staff as Floor Judges or Scorekeeper/Side Events will receive their choice of $150 cash or $200 in online store credit.

Judges staffed as Head Judge will receive their choice of $250 cash or $330 in online store credit.

We are also looking for one standby judge. If you wish to apply as a standby judge, please select the appropriate box in your application. Judges staffed as standby will be able to play in the main event for free if not needed to judge. If there are 80 players in the main event, the standby judge will be activated and will be compensated as a Floor Judge.
