on MTR i ve found this:
“For the Khans of Tarkir block, the recommended booster mix for Limited tournaments is (effective March 27, 2015):
• Individual Sealed Deck – 2 Fate Reforged, 4 Dragons of Tarkir (per player)
• Individual Booster Draft or Team Rochester Draft – 2 Dragons of Tarkir, 1 Fate Reforged (per player, in that order)”
but in the fact sheet for pptq Milwaukee:
“For events held after March 27, 2015, if the chosen format is Sealed Deck, the Top 8 playoff for the event will be Booster Draft. The product mix for the event will be 3 Dragons of Tarkir boosters and 3 Fate Reforged boosters per player for the Sealed Deck portion, and 1 Fate Reforged booster and 2 Dragons of Tarkir boosters per player in the Top Booster Draft playoff (in that order).”

What's the correct one?

In this kind of situations, fact sheet always takes precedence.

That may be true, but because they differ so much and it's not just about
the tournament structure, it seems possible that the difference was
unintentional here, so I appreciate Saverio asking the question; maybe one
of the two needs to be updated.

Official answer: Fact sheet is incorrect, MTR is correct; the fact sheet will be corrected. (Not sure how quickly, as the ‘O’fficial source I contacted is rather busy with this Pro Tour thingy…)
