I've just recently started this blog, my main goal in doing so is to inspire and education current and future judges of all levels. Hearing what it takes to be a judge from the people doing it each and every day can have more impact that most people realize. I need your help to make this work. I'd like to post a small excerpt from one judge of varying level each day. I want them to tell the world what they think is most important to know/learn as it pertains to their respective level. Willing contributions are greatly appreciated, and the idea of randomly selecting people to interview has crossed my mind.
