what is the reason for give a play a match lost reather give them a game lost?

It seems like if the play can't backup, in most case those, players will get a game loss.
Or if the action was unacceptable(cheating, bribery etc), them will mostly be disqualified.

Then, what is the piont for give players a match lose?

If, for instance, a player bullied or insulted another one, the whole match is compromised, as the bullied one is in a position where it is difficult for him to keep playing against the same opponent.

A similar match destruction may happen in the outside assistance case. Immagine you are playing agains splinter twin for instance, and you do not get that you have to play your removal after the activation or as an answer to the aura, but not in the middle. If a spectator tells you, the whole match is compromised.

the only Match Loss penalties are for Outside Assistance, or Unsporting - Major. In both situations, a Match Loss sends a much stronger message to players: “Do NOT do these things.”

Sean Catanese wrote an excellent blog post on the reason why USC–Major is a Match Loss: http://blogs.magicjudges.org/seacat/updating-unsporting-conduct-major/

As for Outside Assistance, as Aruna pointed out, a player committing it in his own match has possibly irreparably damaged the integrity of his match.

A penalty is never upgraded because of some perception that the “game state” is damaged/destroyed/irreparable.

Remember that the previous penalty for Outside Assistance was a
Disqualification. And at least some of the reason for it being reduced
was that Judges were very reluctant to award the penalty when it was
done accidentily. Leading lots of players to get cautioned for it,
even when they disrupted another match. With match losses being a
lesser punishment judges have felt more comfortable enforcing Outside
Assistance and things are much better these days.

I personally think there could be a lot of merit in having OA a Game Loss with an upgrade option to Match Loss if it actually compromised the integrity of a match (or similarly, keep it a ML adding a downgrade option). In my experience, judges are still reluctant to give OA for minor issues, and it feels very awkward seeing such an harsh penalty whereas its counterpart is usually just “shush the spectator”.

Then, what is the way to identify what kind of situation is Unsporting Conduct—Minor/Major?
It do really feels hard for the player especially if they have just done committed something by accident.

John, Section 4 of the IPG has explicit definitions, and examples, for Unsporting Conduct - Minor, Major, Improperly Determining a Winner, Bribery and Wagering, Aggressive Behavior, Theft, Stalling, and Cheating.

I believe the answers you're looking for are contained in a thorough study of that section.
