Hi Judges!

I am pleased to announce we have a new Japanese RC: Mitsunori Makino!
First great thanks to Kenji Suzuki for his past great contributions to his
region. His influence will continue as an active L3 in Japan and leader of
his community.
Makino is very active in Japan and at international events. He is very
excited to help his community and cares greatly about Japanese Judges.
