Trying to submit 2 different DQ's in regard to prereleases, issues

We had to DQ two players at prereleases, was trying to submit two DQ reports, and neither of them are able to be submitted (both players we believe were new players, and judge.wizards.com gives error when trying to submit) Anyone have an idea of what I can do to submit these?

Check the “select” tab under your submitted investigations, I suspect that
both investigation reports will already show as submitted. There is a known
bug with Judge Center where investigations show an error but are still
submitted successfully.

Has the event been uploaded yet? If they're new players with new DCI numbers then they might not exist just yet. (This is a guess - no idea if it could be at fault though)

Jeremy, neither of your reports have been received in the Judge Center. Not sure exactly in the process the error occurred, but I can confirm that there is not even a “Draft” of the reports. (It could have been some kind of temporary outage or communication issue across servers.)

I would suggest following the steps I outlined in the following post…

http://apps.magicjudges.org/forum/topic/1766/?page=2#post-139637

…and start with the Planeswalker Points website ( http://www.wizards.com/magic/planeswalkerpoints ) to confirm the DCI#s are active. If they are not, then we might have to try an alternate workaround. If you do confirm the DCI#s are active, but there is an error when you search the “People” section of the Judge Center ( https://judge.wizards.com/people.aspx ), then we might have to try something else.

Either way, if you continue to encounter problems, please just contact me directly.
