The 3 minute sideboarding limit wasn't removed so players can take
longer. I'd let them know that trying to completely rework their deck
is going to take too long, but they do have enough time to put in all
the cheap things in their current colours and remove their top end. It
might sound like strategic advice, but they've already figured that
out if they are attempting to radically sideboard for sudden death.
