Thank you for writing such a well-thought out article Riccardo. I greatly appreciate the emphasis on delineating the differences between Master level HJs and Basic/Advanced HJs. It's always excellent to be reminded that our job goes beyond just running an event, and keeping things from going wrong. Impacting the entire event, and all participants, be they TO, Player, Judge, or any other vested group is a challenge sometimes. I look forward to more of your articles! :)
