Hello!

Due to lack of Level 3 applicants for the following regions:
- Brazil
- USA - Southeast
- USA - Southwest
we are reopening the application window for these 3 regions.
We would like to encourage Level 3 judges, both from within the region, and outside, to apply until Thursday, March 2nd end of day (Friday March 3rd noon GMT/UTC). If that will not yield appropriate candidates for all regions, we plan to ask RCs for volunteers to oversee those regions temporarily, and if needed, we will look at applications from Level 2 judges as last resort.
Level 3 judges may apply for a temporary position - 6 or 12 months, if they can't commit to full term. In that case, they will be expected to provide a plan for growing their successor in the region, that will take over after them.
