Last Friday just prior to GP Guadalajara Jason Flatford was promoted to L3. Here's what his RC Nicholas Sabin had to say about Jason:

Before he started his infamous career as the Judge Program's most popular game show host, Jason Flatford stood out as an example of excellent judging in his home state, Tennessee. Since his move to Roanoke, Flatts has taken great steps to educate judges worldwide, both by writing articles and creating the Judge Level Spectrum. I am extremely happy and proud to welcome Flatts to the L3 community.

I've worked several GPs with Jason, including one where we were the only two Americans on staff, and am proud to welcome him to L3. Congrats Jason!
