I'm wanting to provide an example deck registration list to my players this weekend so that I can explain how to fill it out, to hopefully avoid any errors when it matters. Can anyone provide a copy of the checklist that will be used, or will it be the 3 lists stapled together?

for RTR, you may get it from www.wizards.com/wpn then print it both side and no need stapler.

or you may print each a copy and photocopy them into 1 paper

Thanks for the great replies! I wanted to try and give them something as close to what they'll see as possible, but Scott makes a good point that once I teach them the basics of it, one checklist is the same as another.
