The judge program's history is littered with the ashes of attempted archival projects. It seems every few years, someone gets annoyed by the scattered and impermanent nature of Official Wizards rulings and sets out to compile them all into one convenient and safe location, only to realize that this project is harder than anticipated and eventually give up in despair.
Well I too have this frustration, and wish to solve this problem. But I must also learn from the mistakes of my forebears. So I will not be taking on the herculean task of organizing the rulings, and will instead be storing them only.
I've set up a simple archival server, currently accessible at https://rulesguru.org/archive/. I will upload archives of relevant judge knowledge as I come across them, and I will commit to taking good care of this archive. It's highly unlikely that I will take it offline any time soon, and if I do I will guarantee that I'll give public notice so that others can carry on the work without anything being lost.
Please send me relevant information! It can be totally unstuctured; downloads of old mailing lists, miscellaneous screenshots of now-deleted twitter posts from previous rules managers, whatever. I don't want to ask people to do extra work, so you can send me the data in whatever format you currently have it.
Anything that you think is valuable to the judge community and should not be lost to time, RulesGuru will host it. :)
