A question was brought up on Reddit this morning (linked) about the interaction between Myr Welder and an imprinted Helvault; namely, that there is no interaction according to 607.2a, because the Welder's abilities are linked. However, that wasn't the poster's question. He's looking for some way to contact the staff in charge of Gatherer, to see if an appropriate ruling can be added to the Welder's page, explaining why this scenario doesn't work. Who could I get in touch with, or direct him to contact, to discuss adding the ruling?

Also, apologies if this isn't the appropriate forum. It seemed most closely related.

There are two links at the bottom of the Gatherer page that should suffice - I'd start by discussing the proposed ruling in those forums.

In addition, there is another thread called Gatherer Oddities and Errors (http://community.wizards.com/content/forum-topic/3613331) that's devoted for errors or confusing rulings in Gatherer.
